Barish Consulting adds a fourth dimension to auditing,

Since auditing is a requirement for most Management Systems, we want to get the most value out of the audit process. This is accomplished by expanding our normal scope of audit objectives and adding goals such as verification of process effectiveness and efficiency, identification of improvement opportunities, assessment of adequate resources, determination of management commitment, and the most meaningful addition – the identification and elimination of the Ham Effect to save time/resources and ultimately money.
